Scheduling a transport operator to pick up the vehicle resulted in a weeks delay. The first operator missed two scheduled appointments, never returned phone inquiries or tried to contact the vehicle owner. Calls to the transport broker arranging the shipment were met with promises, unreturned calls and just poor professional service. After a second transport operator was scheduled, their coordination of the move was satisfactory and resulted in a timely pickup. M&B Transports did a good job of being there as promised, for a reasonable charge.
