First they cloud not track my car, then 17 days later I get a phone call from the trucker. After I tried to pay for the service in credit card to United Auto Movers, way before I ever received my car this went on for 8 days of count less email and phone calls. I called Joe one day and he tells me that he can't get a hold of the truck driver to ask were they are and if they take credit cards or who to make the check out to. The next day I get an email from United Auto, with 2 words Lakeshore Motors. So I get a check made out to them. Now the trucker won't take the check, for some reason she needs gas money, and said I normally don't get cash but I'm going to need 800 cash from you. That makes me feel nice inside! Don't do any business with this company take it from me I learned it the hard way!‎ I still dont have my car19 days later!

Highly exaggerated. We were always available to our customer and answered his questions whenever he called or emailed us. Our trucker Lakeshore Motors was delayed with the delivery. We will not be using them anymore. As far as the payment is concerned our customers do have a choice to pay the drivers by Bank Check, Cash or Money Order. We were not aware the Driver asked our customer for Cash only just another reason we will not be using Lakeshore Motors anymore. As far as our customer paying by credit card to United the driver would not accept that. It was too late in the move and they do not have a major bank in order for us to get them the money. Adam was made aware of this. We do apologize to Adam for the inconvenience it caused. We will not be using Lakeshore Motors anymore.
