I had my vehicle scheduled to be picked up on a Thursday but I received a call on that Tuesday asking if my vehicle could be picked up that day. I informed them that it would be ok to pick it up that day. I was told that I should received my vehicle either late Thursday or early Friday. My vehicle was scheduled for pick up around 5pm but I received a call that my vehicle had not been picked up. I contacted United Auto Logistics and spoke to Frank. When I explained what happen, he contacted the driver and found out that the driver ran into some traffic and got in town late and didn't want to come by the house at a late hour. The driver (James) contacted me to confirm that he would be able to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday around 5pm. James also told me that he would be in either late Thursday or earlier Friday. James called me Thursday morning around 9:57am and told me he would be dropping my vehicle off before 3pm and he did. James was very professional and nice. We went over the paper and inspected the vehicle and everything was in order. Though my vehicle wasn't picked up on Tuesday as I was told; it was still picked up a day early and delivered well before I expected. I contacted United Auto Logistics and asked where could I go to comment on my experience with them and their driver. United Auto Logistics sent me an email with a link and explained how to submit a review. I was offered a discount on the next time I used their service; which is nice but was unnecessary since I was very happy with their service and would use them again with or without a discount.
