Bad business

In a nutshell, the company simply failed to keep delivery dates promised. They promised three different days but nothing ever happened. Once they take the broker fee, they simply forget about you and just tell you to call the dispatcher. But the most bizarre thing is that once I canceled they decided to contact my client whom had bought the car I was transporting and scare them by saying that they should call the FBI since they did not know where the vehicle was. They called an elderly lady four times to scare her just to get back at me for canceling. They really need to hire a new management there because the service is deplorable.

As per the contract there may be delays in shipping a vehicle. There is numerous reasons why delays occur EG mechanical failures, bad traffic, inclement weather just to name a few. Keep in mind that is completely out of our hands. Although we try to give our customers the best ETA for pickup and delivery, changes in the drivers schedule can occur. We immediately notify our customers of these changes. We apologize about that and appreciate you bringing that to our attention so we can rectify that on our end.
