Cancellation fee was $300 but was used for the price for the reschedule. First driver called earlier then I was ready for. Then I had to call again to ask for another driver because he had already left the area when I was ready...the next driver made sure he came even though he was stuck in traffic and it was later than he anticipated. He communicated his arrival time a couple of times so we could have the car ready. Car was properly loaded and was delivered at an earlier time than expected great ending experience
