I was overall happy with Ultimate Transport. Communication was great from the time of the quote to the time of the handoff. There was a mixup of the pickup date but completely understandable and remedied quickly with communication to back it up. The handoff to MC Trans was great from the start but that's where it ended. There was no communication that the truck broke down the day after my son's car was picked up. I had to reach out on Sunday to get this update (the original date Jane stated my car would be delivered), again on Monday (which she stated it would be delivered that evening) and on Tuesday when it was finally delivered. When Jane answered the phone she just said hello. I wasn't sure if I called a business or someone's home. I had to ask her if I was contacting MC Trans. All in all the car was delivered in great shape. The communication failed after handoff. My only recommendation is that ultimate transport handles the communication from start to finish.
