WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

I booked with US Auto Direct who sold MY contract to the worthless scumbags who put extra mileage on my Explorer. The showed up 12 hours after they told me they'd be here, 3 DAYS after the negotiated time frame, and left trash and a rotten odor in my car. COULD NOT get a manager on the phone. They do not return calls. And when I finally got ahold of them last night, I HEARD THEM AT A BAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost had to get the police involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR US AUTO DIRECT. CANNOT BE TRUSTED. WORST EVER! WILL NEVER SHIP ANOTHER CAR AGAIN.
