I don't know how an incompentent company like this one stays in business. My biggest frustration was the pickup time. I was PROMISED on three different occasions of pickup times and none of them came through. No one ever called. I had to keep calling and was given excuse after excuse without apology. I finally fired the company 2wks after the planned pickup time, and 2 hrs later get a call that they are 2hrs away from picking up my car. Against my better judgement, I allow them to pick my car up. My car doesn't show up until 3wks later (it was supposed to take 5-8 days). Never use this company.
