This is an update to my previous feedback.

so after all these drama, the trucker contacted me at 8pm and arrived around 10pm. it turns out the trasnporting company is "Auto-Star" transporting service based in Spokan, WA. After we verified the company's MC# and it's authencity, we let them handle our car. So in the end, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Edgar and his service which is extremely poor.

So basically, if you pick this company, this is what you're getting:

- you pay him $75 to book an actual transporting service for you, in which Edgar absolutely has no "clue" about the company
- then, that's it....everything else you're on your own!! no follow-up, no communication, no feed-back, no walk-you-through..etc.
- so I might as well just find a transporting company with legit MC# and registration myself. I seriously don't know why I had to pay Edgar $75 and what I paid him for...
- Edgar absolutely didn't make my experience easier, or bring down my stress level..etc whatsoever..
- truck came late, I have no contact with trucker or the transporting company prior..i have no f**king clue which company is supposed to transport my car and validation of the company's authencity until 2hr before they showed up. And I requested pick-up time to be in the early mornning!!

Impression/Suggestion:
- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY
- find a better broker service with good customer service and follow through
- OR EVEN BETTER, JUST FIND YOURSELF YOUR OWN TRANSPORTER from this review website.

TO EDGAR: THANKS, BUT NO THANKS! I DONT KNOW WHAT I PAID YOU $75 FOR.
