Avoid Tucker Lots of Problems

I booked with Tucker Logistics first week in January. They were late picking up the vehicle. The vehicle was late arriving. I pre-paid them the entire amount. They charged my credit card American Express twice for more than the agreed price. The driver, from Ground Force One, said I had not paid so I had to pay cash, plus $25 more than the agreed upon price. The trucker damaged the side mirror, he claimed it was "wind". Spoke to Tucker the next day, they had no 24 number from emergencies. John Messina, the owner promised to take care of it. They have never reversed the charges with American Express, this is more than a month now. They never aggressively followed up with Ground Force One, although the damage was marked on the BOI. John said Tucker would pay for the damages, showed me a check, two weeks have passed, never received it. They are not responding to telephone calls or emails, American Express has tried to reach them and they don't respond to them either. Don't use them unless want trouble with your delivery.
