The email to me from Trusty Transport specifically said it was not a broker. As it turned out, they were a broker that hired a company in Arizona to transport the car. I would never have hired them if I knew they were brokering the shipping. I could not get accurate information and could never get information as to the current location of my car . I was initially told in an email/text hat it would take two days for delivery. Instead, it took 13 days. I was given excuses, including the truck broke down. I lost confidence and tried to get my car back but no one would tell me where it was currently located. I would speak to one person and was told the car is on its way. Then another person would contradict the other person and advise it was still in Florida.intil the day before delivery I was never sure the car would ever be delivered. It was not a pleasant experience especially since I was required to also deal with a company I never agreed to use and knew nothing about.

Look at the date on this. We loaded the car and the hurricane hit. A light pole fell on the cab of our truck. The interstates were closed. The storm tracked up the east coast for 3 days. Parts of I-95 were closed all the way up to North Carolina. Because of the light pole we had another company move the load. We still insured it. The delay was 5 days not 13. We also discounted him our profit of $87. It was an evacuation. How does somebody expect you to deliver the car if we are evacuated and the interstate is then closed. Have some common sense please.
