Trusty is a broker for actual carrier that brought my motorcyckle to me. I was not sure when carrier was going to arrive for pick up and was trying to coordinate with point of origination for their planning. I wish there was a phone number to contact Trusty, but once you get past that, they are very quick to return emails. Once the carrier driver established contact by cell number, I was back in my comfort zone. Bike arrived in perfect condition. Got bids as high as twice what I paid and can not see where service could improve to justify expense. I have other friends in the market for motorcyles located out of state and will be referring them to this service.
