To start I want to say the driver was very professional and helpful. However, the office end was worthless. I explained to them all the conditions of the road and what was needed. They failed to share any of this information with the driver causing the delivery to be left in the road and not where it needed to be. When I called to address the issue they said it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do.
