So my move from PA to CA was anything but pleasurable, i was given the run around from several car transportation services and none of there EVER showed up to pick up my car...except for Tru Auto Transport. Kim had contacted me because she saw i was on "the board" for getting my car picked up but i kept getting bumped. I have never had to ship my car before and i had no idea how to do any of it. I was sweet talked by some guys and booked a transporter for x amount of dollars, but the driver never showed up. Turns out people kept bumping me because i didn't want to pay thousands of dollars. Kim worked so hard and so diligently for me. She kept me updated with calls and texts. She worked hard to find me a truck to pick up and deliver my car. Each destination was less than desirable, PA had hills and CA was in the middle of no where. But Kim came through for me and the driver picked up my car for me, was in contact with me, and called me to ask if i wanted to pick up the car sooner than expected. My relief to see my vehicle was none i could explain. Thank you so much Kim for truly helping me and coming through for this horrible move. We are finally settled and living happily is California :)
