Jeremy with transport services really knew what he was talking about. I recorded our conversation and it was 48 min long! Jeremy explained how the whole industry works and it was quite intriguing. There are many brokers in this industry that will quote you one price and low ball you to get your business and then throw your load on a Dispatch board called Central Dispatch.. It was going on 2 & 1/2 months with my car that i bought and still haven't received my car by this broker Auto Transport123. I was so lucky that Jeremy with Transport Services called me. He explained to me that the other company priced my load way to low and would never get moved. What I thought was so professional that was when he did talk about the other company he did not talk bad about the other company at all He explained that the load was just priced way to low. his company (TSO) is not only a broker but has Drivers that run certain routes Directly for TSO which are Family own and Operated which was great and thought that this was a true definition of a real broker He followed up for almost 3 months to get my business even though his price was 225 higher it was worth it. My car was picked up 2 hrs after I placed my order and delivered in 2 days!!! Arie with CS called me and Informed me where my car was at all times and even followed up with a call after the delivery to see if everything worked. Not only was it a great service on Top of that I will be using and referring your company to all my friends!!!! Also the Driver Pter was real nice and helpful! If anyone has doubts about this company call me please!!! Brokers is not a bad choice u just want to make sure you choose a broker that has great relationship with drivers and has a network of drivers that work directly for your broker and will everyday work till your car gets picked up!One more time Thank you Jeremy so much
