At the onset of the decision to use an auto hauler truck to ship the car from FL-CA I encountered much difficulty and confusion as how to navigate the world of transport brokers. Most seemed shady, dishonest, unrealistic and relentlessly "hard sell". Until I talked to Bill. Bill is the real deal. Honest, hard working and will get the job done professionally. He is the owner of this business and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and attention. You are not dealing with boiler room sales staff or inexperienced, desperate
sales employees. The carriers he uses are also honest, hard working people. bill talked to me in a direct and forthright manner and explained the ins and outs of this business. The car was picked up exactly on time.
