Working with Bill was fantastic. He set up a three-way phone call between me, himself, and the transport company so everyone was on the same page about cost, pickup time, and delivery. He also helped negotiate the transport with my trunk full of stuff, and helped navigate a sticky situation when I discovered my car wasn't running in Washington. Thanks Bill!
