Contrats Bill… This is the very first review I ever wrote for anything! To all that are reading this: Shipping a car across country is a process that is extremely difficult to understand. Unlike many other services or products, this one requires a larger element of TRUST.

I, like you I’m sure, got a wide range of price quotes. Trust me.. the carriers have a price in mind that they get to ship from point A to point B. No Broker can change that, except a slight negotiation maybe. My lowest quote was 40% less than my highest quote. The lowest was hundreds less than what the Carrier wanted, never mind the Broker cost. In other words, the brokers throw out a lowball quote to get your business then leave it up to the carrier to spring the bad news on you!

Back to TRUST! I read Bill’s reviews. I also noted his “actual customer” comments, NOT the potentials that got sucked into “low ball pothole!” No doubt Bill has an edge, but in this industry, that edge is a blessing and an asset. He performs as you would want him to. Like anyone else, I was nervous shipping a valuable asset across county but Bill had the “I got you back” attitude. This is the TRUST part. No nonsense, but the truth, honesty, and “take it to the bank” commitment.

Bill knows the carriers, set me up with one that he trusts and has loads of experience with and that is what you pay for. He negotiated a little for me and got me the best price available. Remember, the delivery process (Carrier) reflects on Bill as well so he has a vested interest to make sure all is well.

Advice: Stop aggravating yourselves by falling for low ball quotes or “anyone who asks for a deposit is bad” sentiment. We all know a commitment on their part requires a commitment on your part. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
