I know all of these reviews saying Bill is the best start to feel a little over the top. I was a little skeptical when reading them myself. But after putting out a request for shipping quotes and talking to a lot (I mean A LOT) of brokers, Bill is hands down the best!

He was up front with the costs, he took pictures of the vehicle being loaded, he was communicative, professional, honest, and prompt. And he helped me out with a really sticky situation. I cosigned for a family member on this car and when they stopped taking care with payments I knew I had to take ownership of the car. I live in California, my family member lives in Florida. Needless to say I didn't want to fly all the way out to Florida just to pay to have a car shipped. When I told Bill the situation, he told me that he'd not only find me the best rate (which he did), he said that my family member could bring the car down to his HOUSE (he actually lived very close to my family member) and he'd take care of getting it on the truck. Then he actually did it, and the car was in my driveway less than a week later. I mean, if that's not service I don't know what is. He went above and beyond, and took care of me the way a close friend or family member would. I almost wish I needed to ship another car so I could work with Bill again.
