Bill (dispatcher) was very knowledgable and a straight shooter. He got us a transport - no nonsense and tried to get a good price (which he did). We were promised the car in 7 days and it arrived in 9 - ghis may have been due to weather related conditions (snow, storms, etc) I recommend Bill and would use him again althogh my car arrived very direty (on inside too) which I cannot blame him for
