Real Simple, BILL GETS IT DONE !!!We are military and were moving from Kansas to Washington State.Months in advanced we contacted Magic Carpet and was quoted a price and told we are all set to get our vehicles moved on the date requested.Fast forward to two weeks prior to pick up date and was told we are all set. So when we ask for specifics on who would be picking the vehicle up and what time, we were told that they have to find a carrier and they will post our amount we are willing to pay and HOPEFULLY A CARRIER WILL TAKE THE JOB..days went by and we kept checking back just to be told," not yet"and this is three days out.On top of all that the two receptionist or telemarketers fought over who was handling our vehicle move.Finally after calingl other companies some own by the same person we continued to get outrageous qoutes and more promises.It wasnt until my wife spoke to Bill and he took the time to explain the process and explain to us what it would take to get our three vehicles moved that the stress began to be lifted.In short order Bill found a carrier put us on the phone with him and the carrier and he negotiated a good rate..NO LIES, NO BROKEN PROMISES,NO FIGHTING OVER COMMISIONS,NO RED OR MAGIC CARPET..Just Bill a man of integrity and a man that can get the job done. If you are looking..look no more.. Transport Connection is the way to go.I will let all my fellow soldiers know where to go and which companies to stay away from.From my wife Demeco and I thanks Bill and God Bless.
