RUDE and LATE

I decided to go with Transport 123 after another company never picked up my car. I thought from the reviews it would work out okay. They were very nice at first, and picked up my car within 2 days, but had me pay an extra $100 from the quote fee to pick it up so soon. I paid the extra $100 even though in their contract it explicitly states they will NEVER charge more than quoted (even the caps is in the contract). I did this because I needed my car as soon as possible. I was told it would take around 7 days to be delivered. Try 13. It took almost 2 weeks! I was originally told it would be delivered by Saturday when I called on thursday, so I figured it couldn't be too far away. Saturday arrives. No calls, nothing. so I call both the company and the carrier, neither of which return my calls. I call again and am essentially called an idiot for calling on the weekend and expecting to be called back. So I call again and finally am told my car will now be delivered on wednesday! Quite a change from 2 days to 6 days from the first day I called! I also receive a message from Ron on my voicemail, saying he believed I called and that I was "ignorant" and "if (I) felt like being a man to call him back at extension 503" - I had not been rude to them at all and had no idea where this phone call was coming from. Furthermore I'm a young mother who just needed her car because she had a 4 month old baby! I was just trying to figure out where my car was. I call on Monday. I'm told it will be delivered Tuesday. Nope. Call on tuesday, told it will be delivered on Wednesday morning. Nope. My car finally arrives on Wednesday at 6 at night. 13 days after it was picked up. And they will not refund me the $100 I paid extra to have it picked up 'early' even though my car was delivered nearly a week late! They were very rude on the phone to me, and would not return my phone calls. A TERRIBLE experience.
