I needed to move a damaged automobile bought in an internet auction from New York to Texas. The transaction was complicated by having to arrange payment to the seller at the time of pickup and have the vehicle delivered directly to a body shop that was to do the work to repair the existing damage to the purchase. Marc at Total Car Shipping went out of his way at every step to see that the project was successful. Those efforts included working with me to make sure the move would be smooth prior to the pickup, and offering a competitive price for the job required. Once the details of pickup were worked out, Marc kept me informed on the status of the pickup and arranged for the driver to call me to verify that the vehicle had been loaded for transport so that the purchase price funds could be released to the seller. Thereafter, Marc called on the day of scheduled delivery to verify that delivery had been accomplished successfully. The result was that the vehicle was delivered as required, on time and on budget with exemplary customer service that is difficult to find these days. I have no reservation of recommending Marc for any vehicle move. I will certainly be calling him first, if I need to move a vehicle in the future.
