TCS was great during this process. When the first driver had to unexpectedly drop out, they were able to find a replacement the next day, though the delivery times changed. The truck did puck up a day late and then dropped off a day after promised because of truck breakdowns, which was disconcerting, but TCS was able to clearly explain everything that went on and allowed me to ship some items in my car (which is apparently mostly standard for auto shipping companies, but still convenient). Beth was as transparent as possible, which was comforting. I would use them again.
