I was a little disappointed that the vehicle was not picked up when first indicated,but
understand that the drivers are subcontractors,and have to fill their trailers to make their
trip profitable.
They were later than they first indicated,but were delayed by weather,and only God
can control the weather,I believe they did their best under the circumstances.
If I required another vehicle moved Total would be my first call,as Alan was
very helpfull,and he returned my calls promptly,and calmed my anxietys.
