First, the service was great, they called me rather quickly, Pat took all my info including my credit card for a $150 deposit. They're system was showing my card declined so they kept running it, they ended up charging my debit card four times which added up to $600 that was out of my hands in a matter of minutes. Ended up calling my bank and these guys to get the other three transactions cancelled. This all happened on a Monday by the way, the car was supposed to be picked up by Thursday or Friday at the latest. I talked to a Joseph Lev about the transactions being cancelled the next morning on Tuesday and that was the last communication I had with anyone from the company. I called Wednesday to see if a driver had taken the bid off "the board" as they called it and no one answer the phone, I left three messages on three different extensions. I then followed up Thursday the day it was supposed to be picked up and again no answer, zero, no operator no sales person, nobody. Again I left messages every time I heard a beep. So now it's Friday I called again this morning, got the same thing and they still have my deposit with no update or anyone to even talk to.

I'm moving today, so now I have to find a place to store the vehicle locally (more money) and I guess I'll have to eat the $150 deposit I gave these bozos and find a legit company that will actually follow through.

Get this, I just got a phone call at 11am from Pat and she said that she just got my message, and she thought everything was ok... Should of known going with this company based out of Cali and the second thing they ask you is for a deposit. Spent a week dealing with these people and all that happened is they took $600 gave back $450 and wasted my time while I could of been dealing with some one who could get the job done.

BEWARE!!!!!!

Unfortunately the customer is not telling the story accurately. As mentioned on our website, on emails that we sent and during communication with our sales people, it could take up to 10 day to dispatch your car. We would never promise/guarantee a dispatch within 2-3 days as the customer claim we did. (please review the short text on our quote email and review our website). For some reason, instead of calling his account manager or emailing her, the customer kept calling an extension of an employee who was out of the office for two days. Once that employee got back to the office he got the message and we called the customer immediately. The customer NEVER asked to cancel the order, not in his messages and not when we called him. AFTER we spoke with him, he expressed his interest for us to keep looking for a truck for him and only after he left this review…strange people. Once we saw that we told the customer that it would be difficult for us to work with him, we cancelled the order and refunded him immediately. The multiple charges that the customer mentioned were caused by the customer error with regards to new billing address. The customer told this to us himself and problem was solve immediately. All of this is well documented in emails between us and the customer.
