I felt pressured to give my bank account information with low rate of transporting 2 of my cars a rep by the name of lucy constantly called me asking to finalize my quote with a deposit of $400 for two cars she told me that it would take 24hrs for dispatch to call me with a driver 72hrs went by nothing said. I called and called and then people started handing up in face they would pick up the phone then hang up. never talked to dispatch voice mail was full could not leave a message then told me if I call more than once a week they would charge me didn't say how much. then told me that if I tried to stop them from taking the deposit they would charge me 275 dollars and put it on my credit report that's bs. I want my money there was no communication and no assigned truck and no route was put in motion I want my money. its crazy that when they want that deposit someone always answers the phone but when you give it to them no one is around for answers or to explain anything. I think they screen people calls so they know who to talk to and who not to. GIVE ME MY MONEY
