Unbelievably awful service!!!

They got my order, wasted 2 weeks of my time and couldn't deliver in requested time plus buffer! When talking to them, I was always getting the voicemail or being answered by email the next day. Once I actually got the following answer, talking to their representative on the phone: "Let me check what's going on and I'll call you tomorrow". And we are in 21st century! My kid is more responsive and faster in feedback, and she's only 2 years old!!! I can't imagine how they are still in business...

Eugene, First off, we apologize we could not find a carrier within your satisfactory time frame. In our terms and conditions it states that on average it takes 1-7 business days to secure a carrier, sometimes up to 10 depending on the route and how many vehicles are waiting to move. Your vehicle was in competition with 110 plus vehicles and you canceled with us on day 8 from placing your order. We were working extremely hard trying to assign a carrier but when your vehicle is amidst 100 others, it may take longer for a carrier to pick up. You were well aware of the time frame and thought we were on the same page until you called and canceled with a quick hang up...I don't think degrading us as people or a company is the way to go considering we did work very hard on your transport and even took over 100.00 off our fee to help get a carrier interested. Contrary to what you may believe, we care very deeply for our customers and their needs. Again, I apologize you feel your needs were not met, but we did our best for you considering the circumstances and the popularity of the route. Take care! Holly Burton
