FRAUD, SCAM, Theif , Ran my credit card without permission

I contacted them in the morning today (09.09.13), i am looking for a driver for same day evening pick up from MD to MA, i didn't signed any paper work, and didn't agreed to any of the terms and conditions. Still they went head and charged my credit card without my persmisson or concern.

These are cheap, unprofessional carriers whom I would never recommened to ever and never in life any of the folks. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. First they will ask you to provide credit card number without which they cannot proceed to dispatch section and the driver avaialbilty. that is BS. When I called them again couple of times they didn't respond on time. But when I use different phone number Laura picked it up as if for the new customer. That shows it up. how they operate. TOTALLY ILLEGAL.... WATCH OUT FOR THE SCAM....

To me I will considerate stealing my money. They have no right to charge my credit card. I didn't agree to terms and conditions.They were reluctant of giving my money back too when i called them...
