WOW! Where to begin. They jumped all over my request and made some good promises. Then the pick-up time came close and I was constantly told by Ed and Anthony the car would be picked up on time. The person I got the car from even took off from work to load the car. Nobody called either of us and the car was never picked up. I called both those bozos dozens of times and they totally ignored all my calls. Couldn't get a call back from anyone. I found out that it was never even dispatched, yet I was told constantly it would be done. I was told the deposit would be charged after a driver was found and then they charged my card for double the deposit fee the next day without any contact to me or a driver located. I later found that they had posted the car at $600 higher than quoted to try to desperately find a driver again without any contact to me. All they did was "Lie and Cheat". It's been a month and I still haven't gotten my money back. (The Autoway Transport guys picked up my car on time for the exact fee quoted and kept great communication all the way.) This ATG company is terrible. Don't know how they're even in business. Lesson learned. "DON'T USE THEM"

this customer had multiple companies post his vehicle not just us. we did bump him up after he failed to have other companies remove there postings to give the customer a option for pick up. I myself did talk with Bill multiple times to express to him that I am trying everything to get him a driver but with multiple companies posting like this there was going to be a delay. We did have a driver Gran Turismo ready for pick up and customer was not reachable.
