It seems that the brokerage fee is a bit excessive. $200. However, the carrier scheduled to handle my vehicle was very professional. They were called "Jar Ranch". Car was picked up on time and delivered on time. I was kept in constant communication via text(sms). Driver called morning of delivery and missed appointed 1 hour delivery window by 15 minutes. Not bad!! Pickup was a bit rough because I was contacted when driver was already parked waiting for me, it would have been nice to have more lead time. Also car was supposed to be picked up a day early but due to a flight delay got picked up at noon of the scheduled day. I have another car to ship and I will most likely be a return customer. Very happy with the service more so with the carrier than with Auto Transport Group. I would like to mention that they said I would be charged $200 and then charged me $325 on my credit card. They said this was because an upfront deposit was required by the carrier. I did not approve $325 on my credit card so I was upset about that. Also, I am suspicious about their intent because a lot of other shippers were offering $700 and I essentially paid $775 to the carrier upon delivery. I have suspicions that it was really $775 and they just didn't tell me. The communication from Auto Transport Group is sub par, but when they get back to you they at least answer your questions. Also, they were the first to contact me from the site I visited and filled out my information on. An overall good experience.
