Ms. Magdalena, Next time please mention that you did not send in the terms of agreement 3 days before the vehicle needed transport in which you were told to sign and fax back asap which was a week+ and you were asked before signing to READ very carefully and make sure that understand the T.O.A. Our Terms of agreement does state that your vehicle cannot be assigned to a driver until it is signed and faxed back to Texbiz, We did mention that once we have all the information it will be a window of 7-10 days from posting for your vehicle being picked up. Theres is no way that somebody told you not to worry about the contract because it is required by our company that we cannot post a vehicle on our dispatch board without a terms of agreement if done so there will be consequences due to the fact that the T.O.A protects the company.
