Terrible interaction during car transportation

Tech Transport LLC transported my car from VA to UT and the entire experience was a terrible experience! It started with the driver contacting me at 8 pm asking if he could pick the car up two hours later that evening. I was able to rearrange my schedule to make that happen and he called me over 2 hours later to say he wasn't able to make it. We arranged a time the next morning for him to come and pick it up and he showed up over 2 hours late. When he arrived he clearly couldn't drive a standard transmission car and stalled the car twice while trying to put it on the carrier. The car was scheduled to be delivered no earlier than 7 days later and on the 5th day I got multiple phone calls saying the driver was arriving that evening. I wasn't in town to accept the car and had all of the cash with me because I was told only cash or cashiers check. I had also given the driver and the parent company the phone number for someone who would be available to get the car as I was out of town. Eventually the driver arrived at 1030 at night to drop the car off 2 days early. Needless to say it was impossible to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle because it was at night! The driver also took venmo so it wasn't necessary to take out all of the cash I had withdrawn. The next morning I looked over the car and found two spots with damage. I submitted a claim and the company ultimately denied the claim. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Their drivers are terrible and the parent company is just as bad and can't follow simple directions or provide correct information to customers.
