TNT Transport Service was recommended by by AAA agent Barry in the Eugene OR office. I called, spoke with Mary, who took down all the pertinent details in an efficient and friendly manner. I had a 'good feeling' about it after I hung up the phone. TNT offered a 20% discount to AAA Oregon members and that helped.

Mary let me know that if I chose an 'open' carrier transport that I would need to sign a waiver that if my vintage 1953 restored Ford was damaged, there was no recompense. The price difference wasn't that much ($200) so I went with the safer route since I've been restoring the Ford for some time and this was not the time to 'risk' it.

I was pleased to learn that the car was retrieved one day earlier than planned and when I called to let the receiving shop know of its arrival, he told me TNT had already called them in advance - another nice surprise.

Car arrived with plenty of good notice by the driver and it was a thing of beauty to see it carefully rolled out of the transport truck (a Huge glistening thing of beauty itself!). The car that shared the transport with my humble Ford was a vintage jaguar valued at more than $500,000 so I was in good company.

I would recommend TNT with any vehicle transport need.

Hello Aven, As a AAA referred Service provider, we were so happy to have serviced your move. Your vehicle is spectacular and can see the hard work already completed. Although we at times will honor vintage vehicles to transport open, the waiver is required due to the "enclosed service" that is offered through our Company. Unfortunately the Department of Transportation doesn't require any of us to insure for damages sustained by the elements, exposre of foreign fluids. So it really isn't worth the risk for a couple hundred more dollars, especially when so much money has already gone into the hard work of restoring. I give 150% trust in our services.
