This was my first experience transporting a vehicle. My vehicle was stolen and recovered, so having no experience in transporting a vehicle I was a bit nervous. I posted my phone/e-mail on some website and had 50 million responses. Marc was one of them. I was very nervous about promptness and a safe delivery of my vehicle, and being ripped off (ya never know). Marc had the lowest bid of all that contacted me, so I was nervous about that also. Whether or not they would do a good job for the most reasonable rate. Well I must say all my worries were put at ease. They were prompt and the communication was continuous and quick. They worked with me and were willing to pick up my truck from impound. Once they reached my home the truck driver had to wait 3 hours, as I said my truck had been stolen and we actually had no keys. When the truck arrived we had to have a locksmith come and make keys just to get it off the trailer. The driver was courteous, kind and patient even though he was being detained.
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone if you want your vehicle transported. I would trust them for any auto transport. They are outstanding when it comes to customer service and price!!!!
