If you want to have your moved from point A to point B do not use this company. Neal is just a sales guy, ge says what you want to hear. Where's is the main contact after the deal is booked. I was told that everything is going just as it should. I got a call saying that we have a driver for you and hes willing to move you car for you but you have to add another $100. I said what ever it takes to get my car picked up. I was told that the pick up will happen on Friday. Friday morning I tried scaling dispatch to see what time my car will be picked, but the number I was given would just ring 2 times & goes into voicemail, but cant leave a message. I called Sheree left her a message letting her know that I cant get a hold of dispatch. She called me back saying that she just called that number & spoke to someone. She also said that my pick up was scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) & that I will receive a call between 3 & 6 to let me know what time my car will be picked up. I never received a call from the driver, I still cant get thru the number that was provided. I left several messages for Sheree & Neal, but no response from either one of them. Since I was provided with the name of the carrier I found their number but they too do not answer the phone. So please do yourself a favor DO NOT use Suncoast to move your car. They are not worth your aggravation & you cant trust them. They don't care about what happens. Neal & Sheree knew that I have to fly out on Sunday, they both reassured me that my car will be picked before I fly out. Now I'm stuck with my car here & bog being able to fly on Sunday. I have to reschedule my flight for me & my kids that will girt me another $600 because suncoast incapable of providing with everything that was promissed.

We had a carrier scheduled to pick up this vehicle within the customers dates. The carrier always give us a 2 day window for pick up as well as delivery in case they run ahead of schedule or get delayed. When a customer is leaving town we always advise them to allow time for this window because certain things like weather, traffic, and weigh station lines/inspections are out of our control. Ultimately we have to go by the dates the customer requests even though they are always told about this required window. This particular carrier got delayed and Suncoast promptly found an alternate carrier but the customer declined him since she was already upset. Neal is in fact a sales rep but we do not just 'tell people what they want to hear'. We take the time to explain the industry and how it works but some people unfortunately do not take our advice when it comes to dates. Once a job is dispatched, our customers speak directly to our dispatch department since they are the ones that are in constant contact with the carriers. Also, once a vehicle is assigned a carrier, all customers are provided with the carrier's name and phone number. All telephone numbers are in working order and messages are returned asap.
