Called 4 months ago to get a quote for a transportation in January.

They asked for my credit card information in order to make a "reservation" to get an assigned driver around November. The company told me I would not get charge until I get an assigned driver and would get a call before to confirm the actual price and date for the vehicle.

Comes November I randomly get charged $300 and sent me an email stating that I have been assigned a driver without my authorization to charge me and that I owe over $1000. I called them right away about it and they gave me any straight answer only that they would need to speak to the "financial department". After many calls, only up to today I get an email from a manager stating that they would refund the transaction but keep $100 because I cancel on them.

This is a SCAM company with HORRIBLE customer service, lucky I got my money back already as I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
