Late and Damaged never again No subs

Subcontractor called set up appt.then kept putting pick up off. Not a full truck.
Waited 2 days at home off work for pick up. They kept giving a 3 hour window and then changing pick up time. Very unprofessional. .CC charged 10/09/15 for immediate shipment, pickup was 10/13/15 delivery was 10/15/15
I paid Stateway and once they were paid they turned my transaction over to Affirmative Auto Transport.
3 1/2 months before I received a insurance claim phone number to put in a claim for spoiler damage on m benz. Strap marks on trunk.
Spoiler was ground down to fiberglass.
Had booked my BMW to be shipped and cancelled after seeing their business practices.
No Refund to this day.
UPDATE:
The Stateway Auto Transport manager called and said I would be refunded both deposits of $145 for each car. One car I shipped and my other 50K BMW that I canceled shipment of.

Thank you for visiting our review page. Stateway Auto Transport values all customer feedback and we constantly strive to better our services. With that said, this order was shipped by a different company called Affirmative Auto Transport (as mentioned in the review). We had to utilize a subcontractor on this shipment due to the restrictions associated with the order. Our company went above and beyond trying to rectify the situation. As a result of this situation, we no longer do business with this carrier. We pride ourselves on providing the best service and cherish customer feedback.
