After reading reviews of many auto transport companies, I decided to go with Stateway. The reviews of all companies were loaded with complaints about poor customer service, late pick up, no pick up at all, additional charges beyond quote, etc.. It was pretty scary reading some of the experiences that other customers had, but I had to get the vehicle out to Minnesota so I went with Stateway. Their price was lower than most but they were the first to respond to my request for quote, so I contacted them. I paid the deposit over the phone with a credit card and was told the carrier would contact me within 1 to 7 days. On day 3, the carrier contacted me and picked up my vehicle at my office on day 4 and it was delivered to our front door on day 6! Outstanding! The car arrived in perfect condition. Final payment to the carrier upon delivery was exactly what was originally quoted. The carrier (Pond Brothers Trucking) was absolutely awesome; prompt, pleasant and professional. This entire experience was absolutely painless and could not have gone any better. Thank you!
