You (Stateway) performed when others demonstrated that they could not. Sallie was the greatest and she represents you with maturity, kindness, competence and effectiveness. We are grateful for her help. The driver (RV Doctor - John?) also did a fine job. Indeed, you all "went the extra mile" for us. Thank you.
All-in-all, according to your scale, we rate you guys a 6+.
I want to say that I am disinclined to fill these kind of things out (customer satisfaction forms), but Sallie, John and Stateway really did exceptional work for us and I wanted that to be known publicly. I would also like it to be know that this is an unsolicited and unpaid review.
