A little confusion at loading...driver at incorrect apartment complex. At delivery, driver called and told me I needed to walk out of my neighborhood to the nearest major cross street. I'm old, and it was hot and humid (early August). He did manuever the car across the street to where I was. I told him he could have driven the car to my home and HE could have walked back! I was pretty disgusted with his tactics.HOWEVER everything went well other than that. I did get my preferred pick up date, but that seemed to be sheer luck...dispatcher called to say his driver would like to load the next day instead of day after tomorrow. GOOD THING AS I WAS FLYING OUT THE DAY AFTER!!!!!!!!!!
The delivery was a day earlier than expected so I was very happy about that. All in all, everything was fine.
