Late & No Clear Schedule

First, on a positive note- the car was delivered with no damage (although it was filthy).
The entire process was very sketchy (at a minimum): They were supposed to pick up the car on a Monday...I never received a call, but when I called them to find out what the schedule was, I was then told the driver was running late and it would be Wednesday or Thursday. I never heard anything else. I then called on Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be Thursday around lunch. This continued to happen and the car was finally picked up at almost midnight on Thursday. They wanted to wait until Friday morning, but as I was flying on Friday morning, I told them this was not possible. Similar issues happened with the delivery. Additionally, the driver spoke very poor English so communicating with him was very challenging.
