Even thoguh I had rescheduled my pick up twice after i paid my deposit SMS worked with me and had a carrier to pick up my car as soonas I was ready. The carrier was friendly and couteous and showed me how everything was going to work. The delivery was a day late becuase of a techincal issue but no complaints though. This was the first time I was using a carrier so I was a little nervous but my car arrived in great condition.
