The rate quote was a bit higher than other companies, but I was willing to pay that extra amount to a company with the best reviews. The day after I told them my car was available, it was ready to be picked up. It was going from New York to California, so I was told it's possible it could take maximum 10-14 days to deliver. But the car was delivered in less than a week, and I wasn't arriving for another week after that. So the car was kept at a location which was only 20 minutes away from where I was moving to, and once I got there I just called them. They delivered my car within a few hours. There were no problems at all. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transport. Would definitely recommend and use again. Also the customer service was great. The woman who took my order checked in with me when my car was picked up AND after it was delivered.
