OK overall, but they didnt deliver on the date requested

The representative at Specialty Mobile was friendly and helpful and was able to give me answers to all of my questions, so i have no complaints with Specialty Mobile themselves, however the carrier they used to actually deliver my car, wasn't very good at all. When I called them to confirm the date and time of the pick-up, they didn't seem to even know what I was talking about, i had to ask for the driver's phone number and arrange the pick up details directly with him. The day of the pick up he was supposed to come in the morning and showed up late afternoon, which made me kind of sit around at home all day waiting for him. The delivery was actually too early, I had specifically scheduled it for a certain date and the driver showed up 3 days earlier. I wasn't even in OH yet. I had to call some fiends in OH to have them sign off for the delivery at their home address and when i arrived 3 days later, I had to go pick my car up from their house, so couldnt really see if it had arrived with no damages or anything. If i had already been there, the early delivery would have worked out great in any other case probably, but this time, early didn't mean better for me because i had to find someone last minute that could be available to sign off for the drop off.
At the end, things worked out fine because the car was delievered at my friends address, even though it was 3 days earlier, but it arrived in good condition, nothing was stolen and the car had no damages, so I was just glad it worked out the way it did.
