SMS was awesome! Vehicle was picked up within 3 days of date of availablility. I was surprised that it was that quick given that the vehicle being transported was an oversized vehicle. The customer service person was great in making sure that our need as being met.

The carrier was also great. He called ahead to verify the situation. He was friendly and called us a number of time to keep us inform. He did an excellent job of estimating the arrival time. His arrival time was even a little early.
