Never having shipped a car before, I had a family member help me and she got a very low quote from a different broker. We went with it, and the car sat...and sat...and sat. Every time I called this other company, they kept saying, "Don't call us, we'll call you. We are working on it." I got desperate, found transportreviews.com, and called SMS. I got out of the contract with the other broker without having to pay a fee (the only good thing that came out of that mess), and Amy and Dee from SMS immediately started to help me out and their customer service was amazing. Not only that, but they were one of the only brokers open on a Saturday, which helped me out a lot! Because my car had sat for so long, I desperately needed it at my new address, and the driver that they found for me got the car here FAST! He picked it up in California at around midnight on a thursday, and he met me here in NOLA Sunday evening. I would definitely use SMS again, and I've already recommended them to my friends. Their quote was in the mid-range of all the quotes I got, but their customer service was one of the best that I've ever received.
