Our experience with this company was excellent. We had never had to transport a vehicle before, and when we started looking into it, it seemed as if it was a very scary thing. We read so many bad reviews, and were really worried. However, we found Specialty Mobile on this web site, and read mostly good reviews. So we took a chance and booked it. Our pickup window was from August 5 to August 15, and the car was picked up on the 7th. The driver of the truck was very curious, and explained everything well. He put the car on the truck and away he went. Of course, we worried somewhat, but he told us he would probably deliver on August 13th, but would be in contact. He also gave me his cell phone number, in case I needed to contact him. He phoned a couple of days before the 13th and confirmed that would be the delivery day, and he was there with the car, at exactly the time he said.
As well, the people I talked to on the phone were very knowledgable, and very friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about the experience. They were there when I called, and knew who I was and where my vehicle was.
As far as the cost went, I was pleasantly surprised that it was under $1,000. I think this is a pretty good bargain, and I would definitely use this company again.
Overall, an extremelly good experience.
