I started working with another outfit, I checked with him several times ahead of time to make sure we were on track. Well, on the first day of the scheduled pickup window, he quit responding, he wouldn't return my calls or emails, then I found out he was actively looking for a driver, I guess he didn't schedule it ahead of time. Then comes South Beach Transport to the rescue. Nicole really jumped into high gear, helped me with the signing of the contract, had the car picked up 4 hours before we were to head out of town. We had to take an extra day when travelling and the car was ready for us to pick up before we even arrived. GREAT SERVICE !!! Thank you very much Nicole, and I hope the driver gets the word that he gets a big gold star too !!!
