Expensive Mistake Choosing South Beach

Reservations made in April for June pickup. Despite numerous email and voice checks and assurances that all was confirmed,South Beach never made pickup date and could not say when they could!!! Other than a polite customer service representative who could not provide help, management personnel could not respond since they "did not come in today", "left early" or "in Texas visiting family". I had to scramble to get a new carrier $400 more plus another $430 car retail while waiting for the car. A very bad experience. Beware.
